Welcome to A Rae of Light

Our mission is to guide, teach and support you in your journey of the mind, body and soul.  We offer Private and Group Classes/Trainings on Long Island, NY, Livestream Via Zoom and On Demand. Our services include Yoga for All Abilities, Reiki, Energetic Healing, Energetic & Intuitive Coaching, Meditations and Angel Readings.  All studio teachers specialize in Yoga for Children and Yoga for Special Needs, individuals of all ages.

In 2010, Founder of A Rae of Light, Danielle Rae, started to serve the community, the schools, yoga studios and privately.  By 2015 her first studio Yoga with Danielle Rae was born and has evolved into A Rae of Light Wellness in 2020.

Danielle committed her life to service, supporting her clients of all ages and abilities to live their best lives. Danielle began her journey to self-healing, yoga, and meditation in 2000. By 2010 she completed her training as a Yoga Instructor, Children’s Yoga Instructor, Special Needs Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master/teacher and began to connect deeply with her intuitive capabilities.

Christine Lynn O’Brien

Christine Lynn O’Brien

Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master

Christine has been bringing exercise to the lives of seniors for years. On her own journey to find balance, she found yoga and meditation. In 2016, Christine decided to deepen her dedication to yoga and became a yoga instructor specializing in children and special needs. Christine has now created a senior mindfulness and yoga program as well. She strives to build confidence in each of her students, guiding them to live in the present moment and to start each day with a grateful heart.

BA & MA Special Education, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner

Carlee became a yoga instructor in 2016 after she began to see the positive effects her own practice had on her life as a teacher. She began to bring yoga and mindfulness into her classroom. She witnessed the benefits first hand and then trained in children’s and special needs yoga. She has been an asset to her school district by hosting school programs and continuing education for her teachers.
